Full time position 38 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract $90,000.00 gross per year, commencement date January 2018.

We are looking for a dynamic woman with professional drive, proven leadership skills, a strong knowledge and experience of policy and procedure development. The successful incumbent will require extensive understanding of working within a trauma informed framework and must have at least minimum of five years’ experience in the domestic violence sector.
You will be work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and staff ensuring service delivery is to the highest of standards and a driving force in leading quality assurance processes. Your role will involve formal supervision, case management review, staff development and staff succession planning for the ongoing future of Alice Springs Womens Shelter.
